Engineer (Sr.), Radio Planning & Optimization

Requirements
To provide technical expertise and lead the Radio Network Planning functions in order to provide the Company with an effective radio interface
Qualification :
- Engineering degree in Telecommunications (RF).
- Knowledge of GSM, UMTS standards.
- Strong knowledge of 2G and 3G BSS parameters.
- More than 5 years experience in radio planning/optimization of GSM/UMTS networks.
- Knowledge of radio measurement tools and analysis of measurement data, radio planning tools.
- Knowledge of PC operations, Windows, MS Office tools, MapInfo, Excel macros.
- Innovative and analytical skills
