Main responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering J.D.Edwards software implementation services in the Montreal or Québec City office. As such, he is required to :
· Plan project efforts;
· Oversee the execution of J.D. Edwards implementations;
· Manage project scope;
· Participate in consultant recruitment process;
· Participate in the IT Steering Committee (Montreal-Québec)
· Supervise the individual progress of consultants (development of training plan);
· Prepare and deliver consultant improvement process;
· Take initiative for the improvement of the company’s implementation methodology;
· Meet with potential clients to present our services and implementation methods;
· Take part in identifying client requirements;
· Estimate the costs, product of deliverable and coordinate the resources assignment.
Major requirements
The ideal candidate will:
· Hold an undergraduate diploma in a related field;
· Have at least five (5) years experience in ERP implementations. Knowledge of J.D.Edwards software will be considered an asset;
· Have strong project management skills;
· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English.
