Cellular South announces the posting of the following career opportunity.
Position Description:
serve as IT Department frontline support by responding to Help Desk requests. Provide on-site technical support which includes network connectivity, PC hardware, software, and peripheral configuration and troubleshooting for Meadville Operations, Corporate Offices and Retail Stores.
Qualifications Required:
1. Demonstrate ability to learn to troubleshoot and resolve all incoming
calls and email requests concerning hardware and software utilizing remote
management tools with close supervision.
2. Install and monitor all client hardware and software in the field.
3. Interface and coordinate with IT personnel and other departments and vendors
to facilitate problem solving.
These are minimum basic requirements.
