Position Description:
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Business Applications Testing Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure system specifications are functioning as intended. The Business Applications Testing Coordinator is an active member of project teams organized to define system specifications for new and existing processes. The Business Applications Testing Coordinator has diverse knowledge of the systems used to support Company operations and understands the interactions among these systems.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 2 years experience with telecommunications billing and/or retail systems required; experience with Cellular South strongly preferred. Previous testing experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Must have strong problem solving skills and high level of initiative. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Limited travel required. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
