The Business Analyst II is a position which requires strong leadership skills and the ability to serve as a project leader. Put your analytical and problem-solving skills to work by providing reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. The Business Analyst II serves as a project leader and has the responsibly to explain and document business issues and financial implications to improve workflow processes. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements.
Fully experienced professional working on problems of complex scope.

Preferred Qualifications
• College degree. A combination of education and related work experience totaling 7 years post high school.
Basic qualifications include:
• Reporting experience
• Data analysis experience
• Experience leading processes
This position in CFS, Collections Strategy provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that are used to identify trends and performance results. Collections Strategy establishes treatment strategies, design trials, measures effectiveness, supports operations through process develpment and provides complex reporting solutions. Runs complex reports and performs complex analyses of information in reports. Provides guidance to less experienced staff in project/work assignments. In-depth knowledge of reporting procedures. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have data mining skills, preferably SQL coding experience. Expertise in MS Office Excel, and report development is needed.
