Job Description Experienced Human Capital Consultant opportunity at Sprint-Overland Park, Kansas
The Performance Consultant’s key objective is to increase workforce productivity and improve organizational performance. This individual together with VP of HR will be responsible for consulting with senior levels of the organization to align their workforce to the business strategy and enable the workforce to deliver increased measurable results. In addition, the Performance Consultant will partner with other HR professionals to develop holistic solutions that positively impact the overall business and financial performance.
Additional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identifying performance and productivity levers critical to business goals
- Designing, implementing and measuring solutions to address productivity gaps
- Serving as key advisor to HR VPs, relationship managers, and account teams to prioritize human capital initiatives to align with business priorities
- Providing productivity leadership and consulting to functional leaders and HR shared service liaisons
- Contributing to the development of high quality HR account plans resulting in high impact solutions
- Integrating functional account plans into a holistic enterprise level view
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing HR VPs, relationship managers, and HR partners to increase workforce productivity skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Three to five years consulting experience with a focus on human capital and change management projects
- Telecommunications experience is a plus
- Proven abilities in calculating ROI for recommendations and measuring performance
- Effective at aligning workforce strategies to business goals and defining opportunities to enhance results
- Ability to engage others in the solution process through effective communication of business goals and problem statements
- Strong research, solution design, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence across a matrixed environment
- Work history reflecting frequent executive level interaction
- Excellent executive level communication and project management skills
