Job Responsibilities

* Plan, design and manage the Multi-Media Service Centre (MMSC), Short Message Service Centre (SMSC), WAP and other value added service platforms to ensure service availability and optimal performance * Perform software management and software quality assurance * Perform capacity planning * Implement and test new value added systems Requirements * Degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science * 3-5 years’ experience in network operations, design and planning * Good understanding of:- o operating systems (Unix, Solaris and Linux) o computer languages (eg VxML, Java, Corba and C) o databases (Oracle, SQL) o telecommunications protocols (C7, SIP) * Able to work well in a team, as well as independently, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
