Job Responsibilities

* Responsible for upholding the benchmarked service level for M1’s Value-Added Services which include:- o System administration on application servers o Performing configuration change and service verification o Conducting test procedures with roaming partners Requirements * Degree in Computer or Communication Engineering with knowledge of the following are preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. o UNIX (Red Hat Linux and Sun Solaris) and database (Oracle and MySQL) administration o UNIX shell scripting and programming skills using Perl/CGI * Knowledge in various signaling protocols like SS7, INAP, MAP will be an advantage * Strong interests in telecommunication field and the drive to face challenges * Good communication skills for interaction with vendors in resolving technical issues * Prepared to perform shift duty and be contactable at all times when on standby duty
