at CTM in Macau

Job Description:
- To answer customer enquiry and provide accurate information and support to customer
- To cross sell CTM services and products via hotlines
- To provide high quality customer services
- To handle customer complaints appropriately

Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Portuguese
- Good communication and telephone skill
- Experience in customer service area is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- To work on 24 hour shift basis
- Macau resident
