2-Engineer Reporting
• Analyze and report Pending Service Orders and Waiters (P&W) periodically (Daily, Weekly and Monthly). • Analyses the regions performance against targets (KPIs) and recommends action to be initiated for resolving issues adversely impacting regional / central engineering accomplishments. • Monitor and coordinate with Regional Engineering support for data extracting, analyzing and efficient P&W codes Utilization. • Standardize Reports processes and procedure in all regions. • Coordination with concerned sections for clearing Pending SOs and waiters. • Maintaining history of infrastructure elements. • Preferred possess working knowledge in: • Data Management & Statistical Analysis. • Good knowledge in MS Office Packages.
