Head-Management Reporting & Analysis

Job Description
? Drive the planning activities across all Functions, validate assumptions based on Business Targets and Actual performance. ? Update Projections for Circle P&L and BS for the relevant period ? Present the P&L Projections to the Circle Head and EC Team and ensure correct alignment to the same ? By making AOP tracker whereby all the KPI are tracked, as compared with the actual & variance thereof.Alongwith the same Capex tracking is done on line item wise also .? Measure the Circle performance against performances of similar Benchmark Circles ? Review and analyse the reports being prepared by the Function on a daily basis ? Prepare key Highlights and Concerns impacting the various business parameters on a daily basis
Job Profile
1. Ensuring that the Circle effectively delivers on all Planning related exercises driven by Mobility Guidelines and as per agreed timelines ? for AOP (annual), Flash and Forecast (monthly), monthly MAPA ( Management Accounting & Performance Analysis ) Mid Year Corrections (annual), and other specific activities that might come up in the course of the year 2. Provide regular feedback to the Circle Management on the performance of various Key parameters impacting the business and its achievement of agreed AOP. 3. Keep updating the Circle performance vis-?-vis other circles through Benchmarking of critical parameters enabling effective Management action for rectification, wherever necessary 4. Generating daily reports for tracking critical parameters - Closely Watched Numbers (CWN), Zonal CWN, MOU Traffic Report along with detailed analysis on the Key Highlights and Concerns for the day.
