Job Description
MSL planning and work closely with SCM team and hub team that swap is available as per MSL Implement end to end repair process in repair center as per business guidelines. The process has to take care repair quality which includes testing and Qc of repaired boxes. Monthly analysis of repair data and take corrective actions Monthly stock recon to be done with all service partners Forecasting of field requirement to SCM team and ensure sufficient stock. Ensure smooth billing to all service partners Track repair TAT at each repair center and ensure repairs with in committed SLAs Track ageing at each warehouse and minimise TAT and ensure replacement to be given with in 5 days of receipt Audit of repair centres, take corrective action
Job Profile
To control swap inventory in field and manage set top box repair centers. Swap availability and controlled repair quality will ensure customer complaints with in defined SLAs and which will ensure higher customer satisfaction
