about the role
OEM Procurements:
Check for TP/Vendor approval nos (SBA/SPA), Deal IDs, BOMs / QRNs / Actis, etc. & escalate deficiencies to Sales/Prod. Magmnt/OEMs
Follow-up with Sales teams for any deficiencies in transfer prices and other OEM pre-requisites such as OEM approvals, Deal IDs, Encryption cert. / EU cert. etc.
Validate BOMs
Verify stocks
Raise indent / Request for order
Login orders through OEM online portals / release manual orders
Enter purchase order in Oracle
Update procurement track sheet, MIS, POS reports
Engage with OEMs order management teams and Orange Product Management teams for expedited deliveries
Raise requests, manage & track short shipments with OEMs
Support Singapore logistics
about you
4-6 years of relevant experience preferably with an Diploma or Graduation in Engineering
