Main responsibilities:

* Monitor Linux Systems functionality and assure their 24/7 availability * Perform system administration tasks in Linux environment, such as: system maintenance, user maintenance, backup and recovery * Participate in hardware and software upgrades, as well as in new hardware and software installation * Monitor regularly system resources and troubleshoot eventual problems * Manage systems security issues * Prepare Shell scripts, read and modify source code, implement new releases of code and install new modules and system packages

The position requires:

* University degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology * At least 2 years of experience in Linux OS administration * Experience in Shell scripting * Experience in application servers administration (Apache, Oracle, Borland) * Excellent organization and communication skills * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Good command of English language
