Interim - Business Support Agent
at BASE in Woluwe (Headquarter)
Context of the job
The business support agent performs support tasks & account management in the business sales segment by :
- Providing commercial and administrative support for the business sales customers and sales representatives
- Giving operational support and follow up on information, inquiries and problems encountered by these customers.
- Providing support in activations voice & data for site owners, employees and cost centers and ensure follow-up.
- Providing commercial & administrative support to sales partners, BASE shops & Allo Telecom
Key accountabilities
• To ensure customer satisfaction by executing and making the follow up of business sales support process in an customer friendly way and by providing operational and administrative support to sales channels (sales partners, BASE shops, ALLO Telecom, Call Center, …) inter alia by :
- Preparing proposals
- Handling all requests for information and complaints coming from various channels (phone, mail, fax, …)
- Managing contracts
- Ensuring follow up of hardware orders
- Ensuring follow up on customer requests, queries and complaints
- Ensuring escalation to 3rd line support when applicable and follow-up
- Managing and ensuring a correct management in all account modifications
- Giving support on specific services (BIM, GPRS, I-Mode, …)
- Providing proactive commercial support to satisfy internal and external customers
- Keeping the business filing updated (hard and soft copies)
- Stimulating cross-departmental communication to improve internal communication
- Ensuring an efficient activation (voice & data) & delivery process including complete MNP process
- Ensure port-out process and invoicing of breach of contract
- Following-up acquisition and retention process
- Managing number reservation process
- Ensuring aged debt airtime follow-up
- Performing follow-up on deliveries
- Ensuring administrative and operational support of specific segments and projects
- Collecting outstanding, overdue debts from business accounts and ensure follow up
• To provide operational and administrative support to sales channels (sales partners, BASE shops, ALLO Telecom, CC, …) exclusively for business tariffs/customers, inter alia by :
- handling all request for information
- ensuring activation (voice & data) and port-in process
- managing number reservation process
- ensuring follow-up on activations and port-in process
• To provide support to site owners, employees and cost centres and ensure follow-up, inter alia by :
- handling activations voice & data for site owners, employees and cost centres.
- Ensuring follow up for employees and cost centres (swap, migrations, change of tariff, ….)
The individual
Excellent knowledge oral & written in English, Dutch and French. Experience in a commercial or an administrative support function.
