The responsibilities:
> University degree or relevant certification in IT area; > Professional experience with designing, implementing, and configuring BMC Remedy application systems or equivalent experience; > Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the Remedy IT Service Desk application and IT Infrastructure processes surrounding Remedy; > Hands-on practice in writing SQL queries; > Experience and training in ITIL/ITOM and process improvement methodologies is a plus > ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus; > Basic skills in web servers administration > Good command of English; > Responsible, communicative and collaborative personality.
The requirements:
> Administer and maintain the IT Infrastructure ITIL-based processes and tools. (Currently Remedy 7 is the primary tool used); > Provides support for the problem, change, asset management and other IT processes and acts as the subject matter expert for IT Service Desk application functionality and data integration activities; > Identifies and resolves technical issues / problems with application (its various interfaces and the supporting tools) > Take place in projects for new releases and changes in service management systems; > Document, track and report changes in the systems.
