Your role as Branch Manager is to create a world class customer experience through highly motivated and engaged team members who are really clear on what great in-store performance looks like. You accept full responsibility for the day to day running of your store through effective management, motivation and development of team members to achieve and improve business KPIs including sales targets, store standards, compliance and customer experience measures.
As Branch Manager you will report into the Area Manager. You will have a team of direct reports as determined by the size and location of your store. You will also work with your area team to share best practice and contribute to the area’s success as a whole. From the start you will attend off site training courses and receive on-the-job coaching supported by a designated ‘buddy’ and your Area Manager. Ongoing you will receive regular performance reviews.

Driving execution of O2 strategies to achieve and exceed business goals.
Monitor and measure store and individual performance daily and weekly against the set Key Performance Indicators for that Quarter and produce action plans to improve performance where necessary.
Salary Information £20000 to 27,500 plus bonus
