Main Accountabilities

· Manage customer queries (e.g. handset)

· Have a good working knowledge of O2 products and services

· Add value to the customer experience by promoting appropriate products and services

· Build relationships with customers

· Work as part of a team to achieve team objectives and targets



Person Specification

· Proven Retail and/or Customer Service experience

· Experience of working in a team

· A good understanding of O2 and the Retail Sales Advisor role

· Evidence of commitment and enthusiasm

Salary Information - £12,180 per annum plus bonus (pro rata for part time).

Details about Hours of work \ Shifts - 1 Part Time vacancy working 16 hours per week. Flexibility Required.
