The AT&T Network Engineering Technical Development Program (NETDP) is a major initiative to hire recent college graduates (or ongoing Master's students) into our Network Planning and Engineering team. Responsibilities Core Network Planning (Wireless Network) RNC, BSC & Femto Gateway:
Border Design, Forecasting, capacity management, network engineering, POR creation, and budgeting of the RNCs, BSCs, Femto Gateways and supporting Probes.
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T?s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree from four-year college/university, BS Computer Science (or related) preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Sorry, no visa sponsorship (now or in the future) for these roles
- Key skills include, highly analytical, strong written and presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.
IP background a plus.
