Cellular South announces the posting of the following career opportunity.
Position Description:
Responsible for sales activations goals and customer satisfaction standards established for the store.
Achieve customer satisfaction standards.
Achieve or exceed sales quota and customer retention goals each month contributing to the store goals.
Comply with established policies and procedures.
Assist with the opening and closing of the store.
Schedule adherence.
Cross-trained to assist customers in all areas of the store.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Education/Experience Requirements: Two years of related work experience, preferably in an environment which promotes and requires the use of technology. Must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have a professional appearance and project a professional image to the public. Must have above average computer skills. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to order products.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to stand to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen Must be able to work evenings and weekends as the store schedule includes operational hours of Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
