Cellular South announces the posting of the following career opportunity.
Position Description:
Summary: The primary responsibility of the Account Service Representative is providing services to the customers and prospects at designated retail locations.
Opening and closing of retail location or kiosk, if applicable, to include daily deposits, reconciliation of cash, security of inventory and assist with inventory management, as needed.
Achieve customer satisfaction standards (POS surveys and mystery shops).
Achieve or exceed individual sales quota, customer retention goals & accessory sales goals each month contributing to the market achieving goals.
Perform both Customer Service duties and Sales duties as it relates to the ?Different But Better? store flow design.
Qualifications Required:
Education/Experience Requirements: Two year business or related work experience required, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment. College degree or progress towards degree preferred. Must have excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 40lbs. Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays. Must be able to sit to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
