Position Description:
Summary: The Market Manager assumes responsibility for operations, sales, and services in a designated market.
Achieve or exceed customer retention goals, sales and accessory quotas.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards (POS surveys and mystery shops).
Ensure that Market complies with corporate policies and procedures to be measured in great part by market meeting or exceeding Retail Audit performance.
Cross-train and develop skills of staff, to include succession planning. Hire, train, and give performance feedback to employees.
Meet or exceed CPGA goals, accessory margin, phone margin and attachment rate for accessories.
Qualifications Required:
Education/Experience Requirements: Five years business experience is required. College degree and three years management experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must. Must demonstrate an ability to lead and manage operations in a given market.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift 40lbs., and lift materials. Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays.
