Payment Specialist I - Credit

Job Description As a Payment Specialist Representative you have the opportunity to utilize your excellent customer service skills. In this position you work with customers to answer questions regarding decisions pertaining to credit applications in a manner that will satisfy the customer, apply the correct credit rating, and improve customer service.
Preferred Qualifications include:
• One year of related work experience
• Successful completion of a drug and background investigation
• Call activity for this position may be monitored for quality assurance.
Basic qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General office experience
• Computer data entry experience
• Ability to communicate by telephone
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to work in an environment requiring strict attendance.
• Experience working with customers over the phone.
