Job Description
Plans and implements marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction. Works individually or with a team to analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, prepare pricing studies and manage program/project budgets.

Seasoned professional with expert knowledge of a specialty. Regarded internally and/or externally as a subject matter expert.
Customer Base Management – Early Life Value Development Project Manager

Major Responsibilities
• Manage early life programs which achieve churn and revenue improvement for customers throughout lifecycle and specifically in the 1st 3 months. Create, design, manage, programs which incrementally improve the tenure and revenue of the customer base.
• Develop concepts, influence organization to champion churn and revenue improvement for first 3 months of customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Care and Sales organizations on programs to improve activation, self care, and payment marketing across all channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate, assign actions, and launch churn reduction and revenue enhancement programs during the 1st 3 months of a customer’s life.
• Understand, develop, and execute on programs which address reductions in churn and ARPU by product, service, and channel.
• Develop comprehensive engagement marketing plan to ensure increases in revenue, CLV, tenure of the customer base by focusing on improvements to none/done, one/done replenishments in the first 3 months.
• Ensure margin positive performance of all products and services for base by focusing on churn reduction and revenue improvement in first 3 months of customer lifecycle.
• Identify and develop incentives, communications, services, and incremental cross-sell, up-sell revenue and early life product penetration revenue opportunities.
• Identify early life churn and ARPU trends, deliver strategy to exceed financial targets for each brand and product line in the prepay division.
• Understand revenue/churn/CLV financials and programs for improvement by product, segment, handset, and channel.
• Measure and report on all campaign results, partner with analytics on campaign targeting, offer management, and reporting financial impact of all early life programs.
• Serve as early life churn and revenue champion for enterprise; educate across enterprise on early life financial performance, challenges, and proposed improvements.
• Understand and improve existing operational processes to introduce opportunities to generate incremental ARPU and reduce churn in early life.
• Partner with sales, operations, and technical teams to understand issues, resolve conflict, and design methods to increase ARPU, reduce churn, and improve tenure of customer base.

Basic qualifications include:

• Related experience

• Knowledge of marketing policies and procedures

• Experience managing complex marketing projects and programs



Minimum Qualifications
• 7 years of wireless, telecoms industry experience
• 7 years of marketing and product management experience
• 7 years of operational experience
• 7 years project management experience
• Must have experience in managing projects which have proven performance in churn reduction, customer retention, revenue optimization, and profitability improvement
• Strong ability to lead large cross-functional projects, negotiate, and collaborate
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Able define realistic, specific goals and objectives, able to prioritize and accomplish tasks, ability to multi-task with ease
