full time Customer Analytics Manager - Sprint Prepaid

Job Description

With more than 10 million Sprint Prepaid subscribers, our Customer Base Management team is tasked with developing and implementing marketing campaigns to reduce churn and preserve revenue.

As a member of this fun loving team, you will support various program initiatives by recommending different approaches to assess LCM (Customer Lifecycle Management) program results and recommending improvements to targeting tactics. You will consult with LCM program managers regarding the proper application of decision support tools and campaign experimental design; contributing to business cases in support of new program development; designing and managing implementation of decision support scoring models and processes and database maintenance.

You will be accountable for campaign design and implementation, analyzing and communicating results of ongoing base management churn reduction programs. Your deliverables will include daily customer communication lists, weekly alignment meetings with program owners and monthly results summaries.

Other key responsibilities will be:

* Consult with LCM program managers to understand program specifications, and changes over time. * Experimental design of proper test and control treatments * Perform advanced statistical analyses to measure the effect of treatments on Top-Up Rates, Incremental Saves; many of the analyses include first time evaluation of LCM programs * Design and conduct analyses that provide first time evaluation of how long customers are saved by LCM churn reduction programs * Consult with Program Manager to insure that all ongoing lists are generated according to recommended design and target strategy * Create program analysis template for presentation decks; update results for monthly presentation * Communicate results – through ongoing meetings with LCM program managers, Directors and VPs * Provide actionable recommendations to improve programs based on insight gained from program analyses; link program results to action plans for data collection improvement * When appropriate, develop additional targeting and response models for Base Management programs * Recommend enhancements to the Data Warehouse that will improve LCM’s ability to effectively and efficiently conduct analyses

Skill & experience requirements:

* 5+ years of customer-level analytic work experience, preferably in a consumer retention marketing role * SAS expertise. * Comfortable using higher-level analytical techniques, comfortable working with numbers and be skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in analyzing data from longitudinal customer-level database; familiarity with statistical analysis such as linear regression, logistic regression, ANOVA, response modeling; ability to integrate disparate data sources to draw conclusions. * Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics. Business Management or Marketing a plus. * Related experience in telecom, wireless, pharma, credit card or any retail subscriber based industry is a plus as well.
