full time QCT Operations: Business Systems Solutions (All Management Levels)

Job Function Define business requirements and business process roadmaps for QCT Operations including Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Sales Operations, Finance, and Asia Ops. Interface with the IT organization to define system requirements and drive solutions. Program management responsibilities for operations process improvements and business initiatives. Work with QCT Operations groups and the IT organization to define the future roadmap for business processes and systems. Lead a team of solutions architects.
Skills/Experience 7 to 10 years Supply Chain Management leadership experience in semiconductor technology area. Experience with ERP and planning system tools (Oracle preferred). BPA (Business Process Architect) experience desired. Successful track record of Supply Chain and operations process improvements and automation in a large scale semiconductor manufacturing environment
Responsibilities Externally focused and well connected and recognized in the supply chain ecosystem. Visionary and forward thinking. Ability to manage complex cross functional projects and influence across large organizations. High level and strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas clearly to multiple levels within the company and externally to solution vendors. Must possess the ability to facilitate strategic cross functional meetings and influence cross functionally to define future roadmaps.
Education Requirements Bachelors in Business or technical area required.
Masters in Business or technical area preferred.
