Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social/Behavioral Sciences/ Accountancy or other related courses * With excellent scholastic records * Preferably with extensive experience in payroll and benefits administration (i.e. SSS, BIR, Pag-Ibig, HMO, etc.) * Must be highly skilled in people management * With excellent communication skills; people-oriented * Must be proficient in MS Office Applications * Proficient in SAP an advantage * Must be detail oriented * Willing to work long hours
