Role / Department Overview
Job Responsibility
*
Act as an expert on local and international financial laws
*
Act as an expert legal advisor on merger and acquisition matters
*
Provide legal opinion and legal vetting of contracts and other business related documents
*
Support business through proper guidance on legal matters
*
Provide legal support as a focal point to GP Finance Division, Sourcing, Operations and Financial Services Department
*
Rendering of legal opinion on corporate and commercial matters
*
Provide any other legal operational support to various department of Grameenphone, as required
Education & Experience Requirements
*
LL.B (Hons.) from a reputed university
*
3-4years of working experience in relevant field will be preferred
*
Enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council

Excellent communication and interpersonal sensitivity
*
Excellent presentation skills
*
Ability to work under pressure with patience
*
Team player and goal oriented
*
Sound knowledge on Financial matters, Financial laws, Contract Law, Telecommunications laws, Company laws, Securities and Exchange Commission Laws will be given preference
