Role / Department Overview
Job Responsibility
*
Ensure accurate and timely performance report preparation
*
Analyze root cause for underperforming areas/KPIs, finding the missing parts & missing links in the organization
*
Analyze performance data to get into more insights/details on network performance
*
Manage and ensure multi-vendor performance
*
Participate in performance improvement projects
*
Search new data sources for reporting purpose.
*
Support team member/managers with network performance insight from technological perspective.
*
Automation in data fetching and processing.
*
Develop in-house report-generation tools/ systems.
*
Optimize present report generation process to save man-hour
Education & Experience Requirements
*
B.Sc In EEE/CSE/Telecom Engineering.
*
2-3 Years of experience in Telecom industry/ software development experience in telecom or related field
Special Skills Requirements
*
Basic
GSM & database knowledge.
*
Extra skills like C/C++,
PHP,
SQL, Java & Visual Basic is preferred.
*
Good team approach and analytical ability.
*
Quick problem solving and decision making ability.
*
Creative and positive approach to challenges
*
Excellent communication skill
*
Good presentation skill
*
Target/Goal oriented and able to work under stressful situation.
