Job Responsibility
*
Cost effective Radio Network plan, design and initiate deployment as per marketing forecast
*
Perform regular radio resource dimensioning to maintain voice and data
KPI as well as ensure optimum resource utilization
*
Innovative solution design for critical sites/locations
*
Perform parameter tuning, radio feature administration and initiate hardware optimization to improve radio network performance
*
Perform codec dimensioning to maintain the optimum speech quality
*
Regular monitoring and identify worst performing cells and take improvement initiatives
*
Initiate field assessment (drive test) in each cities, highways, railways, indoor and other strategic locations
*
Drive test log analysis, identify problematic locations, prepare necessary solution and ensure the implementation of the plan
*
Maintain aggressive
SLA for customer complaints and ensure cost effective solution design and drive implementation to improve customer satisfaction maintaining sustainability of the business
*
Provide optimum technical support for different events, disaster and commercial campaigns in the regions.
* Ensure professional event management during various national and regional events
Education & Experience Requirements
*
Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering from a reputed University
*
4 years of working experience in relevant field
