Role Summary
The Group Legal and Corporate Secretariat function comprises approximately 80 lawyers spread across four countries (UK, Germany, Luxembourg and the US) supporting the business across a wide variety of legal areas and dealing with cutting edge legal and commercial issues.
Under appropriate supervision and with appropriate support from solicitors in the department, undertake a wide variety of legal tasks as part of a training programme to attain admission as a Solicitor in England and Wales in accordance with Law Society requirements. Training will take place over two years and will comprise three seats of four months duration in Commercial law, six months in Litigation and six months in a seat to be chosen by the trainee from either Corporate, Competition or Privacy, Security and Content Standards.
