The Role:

As the Manager of University and College Relations, you will be responsible for developing and fostering key relationships with Universities and Colleges to source and feed talent pipelines for Bell. This role will partner directly with business leaders and HR partners to architect, research and support programs to meet the various talent needs; i.e. university hires, grad and internship programs, certification and co-op initiatives.

Reporting into the Director, Director, Human Resources – Talent Acquisition,
Key Responsibilities:

* Fosters relationships with University and College career centres and program leads. * Works with BU primes to develop and execute grad hiring and on-campus career events for Bell. * Works with University and Career Edge vendors to facilitate sourcing and selection channels for hiring talent within the businesses at Bell. * Plans and coordinates on campus information sessions, career days, Grad recruitment events and other initiatives designed to elevate our Employment Brand while increasing the future talent bench for Bell. * Creates single point of contact for businesses and Universities to enhance and develop future programs and partnerships. * Manages the “on-campus’ and ‘grad hiring” brands for Bell, partners with Bell Branding and Media on the development of required collateral and media plans. * Arranges Classroom speaking and /or teaching opportunities for Bell Business executives to help with promotion of Bell Leadership programs. * Works as an ambassador of Bell to build long-term, proactive relationships with candidates and partners * Influence the selection of quality hires and emerging talent to feed Bell’s current and future talent needs. Qualifications: * 3 to 5 years in University / College recruitment, * Proven leadership in developing and executing company grad programs and on-campus career events, * Excellent relationship building and networking skills, ability to establish and grow networks within Universities and Colleges * Strong Project management skills and skilled at leading multi-stakeholder working teams. * Excellent communication skills, skilled with web and social media tools * High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) * Need to accommodate travel and flexible working hours * University / College degree, Communications, Public Relations and/or H.R. * Bilingual French and English language skills a bonus.
