The Role:

As the Sourcing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans to feed talent pipelines for Bell. This role is looking for a strategic thinker that likes to research employment landscapes to architect a plan to solve talent acquisition challenges. They provide “Sourcing –SME” services to the Centre of Excellence, while partnering with business leaders and HR partners to build sourcing and talent solutions.

Reporting into the Director, Director, Human Resources – Talent Acquisition,
Key Responsibilities:

* Creates and fosters relationships with diverse professional organizations and networks to attract, recruit and build talent and referral networks. * Develops strategic sourcing strategies to assist in creating candidate flow and talent pipeline requirements for critical markets for Bell. * Develops on-line sourcing strategies and media plans designed to increase overall attraction and leverage Bell’s employment brand. * Builds integrated sourcing strategies to help increase quality of candidates and expand reach of talent searches. * Collects and analyses competitive intelligence to gain insights and advantages within the employment landscape, * Acts as SME to help support development of pro-active sourcing plans and talent acquisition programs for critical and emerging markets Qualifications:

· 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with strong recruiter profile, supporting large matrix organizations

· Passion and skills, specialized in sourcing, online job boards, networking, research and social media.

· Strong research, networking and professional mining skills,

· Well versed in professional and social networking tools

· Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to lead and participate in multi-stakeholder working teams.

· High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, bilingual French and English language skills a bonus.
