Residential Accounts Receivable Management (RARM) team is a busy, fast-paced Inbound /Outbound Call Centre. Our main job purpose is to demonstrate flexibility and confidence while dealing with complex issues in a fast paced environment while being multidisciplinary. Show a strong aptitude to communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, presenting ideas and providing guidance. The ability to demonstrate integrity and safeguard confidentiality of records and information. The RARM team is seeking highly motivated individuals who would be responsible for the collection of monies owed, increase of cash flow and to protect the Company’s revenues while avoiding additional losses. The Representative is responsible for preventing losses by implementing necessary measures while maintaining the customer base; recognize and act upon opportunities for revenue recovery and customer retention and loyalty.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- Manage a dedicated customer base of customers on an Inbound/Outbound queue.
- Negotiate acceptable payment on overdue accounts.
- Work in an environment in which performance is monitored closely.
- Provide with solutions to individual customer situations.
Essential Qualifications/Competencies:
- Excellent Customer Focus Skills: Listening, Understanding and Responding.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and persuade others.
- Highly motivated self-starter works well autonomously, yet team oriented.
- Thrives on working in a structured, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Typing skills with the ability to Think, Talk, and Type.
- English 555
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- French 555.
Working Conditions:
- Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am -5:00 pm (subject to change depending on business needs).
