Consumer Direct Sales
at Bell Canada in Mississauga, ON, CANADA;
Description:
As a member of our Consumer Direct Sales team you will be responsible for generating sales and developing new business opportunities along with servicing and managing existing clients. The Sales Consultant responds to inbound calls to propose new activations, second line offers and value added services to meet our client’s needs.
Job Requirements
· Customer service and past sales experience;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
· Fluency in both French and English;
· A drive for results: takes ownership and has a sense of urgency to close sales to achieve targets;
· Strong negotiation and decision making skills;
· Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced, changing telecommunications market;
· Ability to learn technical concepts, processes, new product information and new software quickly;
· Strong knowledge of MS Office products and web-based applications;
· Experience in telecommunications would be an asset;
· High School Diploma or equivalent.

A starting salary of $13.00/hr plus commission of 35% of base salary;

Schedule:
Upon arrival, we guarantee a minimum of 25 hours per week and provide additional hours based on business needs and your personal preference.
Successful candidates must be flexible to work a variety of tour rotation shifts between the hours of 6:30am and 9 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm. Sundays and statutory holidays will be required based on business needs. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
