Job description

The Technical Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to all client requests and for providing professional support for problems regarding Bell Mobility’s data network and over-the-phone repair services.

We will provide you with extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role.

Required technical skills:

* Basic knowledge of Bell Mobility Data products and services * Knowledge of HSPA and CDMA wireless technologies * Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions in a wireless environment * Synchronization of hardware and software units * Basic knowledge of WAP and SMS browsers * Experience with wireless handheld equipment (RIM, Pocket PC, iPhone and Android) * Experience with software for wireless devices (iPhone, Windows CE, BlackBerry OS and Android) * Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS

Essential skills / competencies:

* Strong verbal and listening communication skills in both French and English * Bilingualism * Attention to detail * Team spirit * Flexible and autonomous * Open and receptive to feedback and suggestions * Ability to handle ambiguity * Ability to adapt to a changing environment * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to meet deadlines and multitask * Ability to work with flexible work schedules * Ability to use the phone system, a computer and support tools * High school diploma or equivalent

We offer:

Schedule:

Upon your start date, we guarantee at least 25 hours per week and provide additional hours based on business needs and your personal preference.

Successful candidates must be available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
