Bell Wholesale is a dynamic and exciting Department within Bell Canada that provides both retail and wholesale telecommunications services to Carriers, Resellers, Wireless Companies, Internet Service Providers and Local Service Providers.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- End to end accountability for service order requests including service order issuance, escalations, provisioning and billing.
- Effectively analyze and respond to requests from both internal and external customers.
- Interface with downstream groups to resolve customer issues.
Essential Qualifications/Competencies:
- Language skills: English – Fluent - Reading, writing, oral (555).
- Excellent organization, multi tasking and problem solving skills.
- Strong team player.
- Demonstrated Flexibility to manage changing or conflicting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated strong customer focus.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work well on your own with minimal supervision.
- Highly flexible, self motivated.
- Currently meeting all job standards including attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Microsoft Word, Excel proficiency an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Possible shift work.
