We&amp;#8217;re so much more than just a phone company!&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Working as a Business Account Executive, you will work with the Small Business Sales team in implementing solutions-based sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities and manages account growth within the AT&amp;T Sales Group. You will handle business clients with 1 to 50 employees.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Additional Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Cold calling, prospecting, scheduling appointments and developing relationships at customer locations&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Manage a territory which includes a specific zip-code based module that is assigned by the Sales Manager&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Consistently meet and/or exceed voice/data/accessory quotas&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Must continuously self educate to maintain a broad knowledge of wireless solutions, rate plans, complex products and services and selling skills&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Responsible for acquisition and retention to grow small business contracted&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Facilitate maintenance (reducing churn) of existing small business base to drive sales&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Serve as a liaison to the local business community by representing AT&amp;T with local business associations&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Work closely with the retail channel and customer service to facilitate good customer relations and increase sales&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Proactively seek opportunities to sell complex data solutions to existing customers and prospects across Module and Account List&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Qualifications&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Required Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;&#10;One to two years successful business sales experience preferably in the wireless, data and/or telecommunications industry with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting quota and solution selling/account management&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Strong organizational and time management skills&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Decision making and problem solving capabilities&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Strong negotiation skills, confidently and aggressively seek new business&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Valid driver&amp;#8217;s license with satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Desired Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Proven ability to sell complex solutions&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Ability to present professional image of self and Company&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Ability to function effectively as part of an account management team&lt;br /&gt;&#10;AT&amp;T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
